Its advantages:

form flexibility | filter flexibility | evenly gas exchange | transparency | no dehydration | recyclable

Form flexibility:
Microsacs can be produced with variable length and breadth, with horizontally or vertically oriented filters, and either with or without a special fold (gusset) at the bottom to enable the sack to stand upright when filled. Plastic film or sleeves can also be supplied.

                                    Different sizes of
                                Microsacs with
                           different filter orientation

Filter flexibility:
the length of the filter plugs is variable and can be adapted to the oxygen requirements of the product to be incubated.

Evenly distributed gas exchange:
over the entire bag, thanks to the parallel filter strips.

The transparency of the plastic film:
in combination with the narrow filter strips, ensures optimal visual quality control of the contents of the sac.

100% recyclable:
because film and filter are both made of polypropylene
No dehydration:
the filter plugs work according to the principle of depth filtration, so that the substrate under the filter zones does not become dehydrated.
